About how long does it take to get from Wilderness Lodge to Animal Kingdom?

    Hello Karen,

Disney's complimentary bus/boat/monorail transportation provides Guests with a hassle-free option of traveling from one Walt Disney World destination to another. When it comes to "guesstimating" travel time, keep in mind a couple of factors come to play such as how long until the next bus arrives, how many stops, if any, are made along the way to your final destination and so on. At the moment, Disney's Wilderness Lodge does share bus transportation with Disney 's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Disney's Wilderness Lodge is the first pick up to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and the first drop off, which means when you board, Guests heading back to the other resorts may be on the bus. I would estimate your total wait and travel time to range between 30 to 45 minutes, when traveling to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
