How long does it typically take to get from one resort to another? We're looking at some dining ideas that would require getting from Caribbean Beach to other resorts, but we are concerned the travel time will not be worth it.

    Hi Lynette!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  One of my favorite features of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel is the complimentary transportation Disney provides.  I love not having to worry about driving, or finding a place to park.   I hope you find it as enjoyable to use as my family has.

In order to reach other Disney Resorts from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort you will need to transfer at either a theme park or Downtown Disney.   I have found that Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Downtown Disney are the closest to this Resort and by using these as transfer points you can cut down on your travel time.  All that being said I would allow at least 60-90 minutes to reach a dining reservation from your Disney Resort hotel.   It may not take the full 90 minutes but I always like to plan for wiggle room.  If you do arrive early, you can explore a different Resort hotel which is always fun, and hey you may even find a new favorite you will want to try out on your next vacation.

Lynette, if you have more questions about transportation, dining or any other aspect of your upcoming adventure please let me know.  I would love to help you continue planning your magical vacation.
