    How long are my tickets valid for if I can’t use them on that date?

    Hey there, Shantrice!

    If you are unable to use your theme park tickets on the date that you originally planned, do not worry. The value that you paid for your tickets NEVER expires. You can simply put that amount towards a future ticket. 

    Go into your My Disney Experience Account and click "My Plans." Here you can click on the blue "Change Ticket" button and change your ticketed date to a date in the future. 

    If you want to visit further out then tickets are available simply call a Cast Member to make sure the ticket doesn't fall off of your account. 

    Oh, Shantrice, do not forget to cancel your Disney Park Pass system reservation if you do have to reschedule.
