Hello there, Anmol!
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for stopping by with your question! I'm sorry to hear that you had to cancel your ticket and that you were "unavoidably detained by pranky spirits." I certainly hope that you will be able to reschedule your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth at some point.
The answer to your question depends on the expiration date of your
ticket. You have until that time to reschedule your visit and rebook a reservation. The expiration date of the ticket will depend on when you originally purchased them but they generally have very long shelf lives. The expiration date will be listed on the original email confirmation you received when the tickets were purchased.
Even if they are expired, you still have some flexibility. Per the
Terms and Conditions, the cost of expired, wholly unused tickets may be applied towards the purchase of new tickets of equal or greater value. If you have further questions about your tickets, I would recommend calling
Ticket Guest Services and a friendly Cast Member will help you out!
It's a fantastic year to visit the Disneyland Resort and I hope you can make it to see the incredible
Disney100 decorations and
foods that they've created especially for this celebration. The new nighttime spectaculars are awesome and
Wondrous Journeys has quickly become one of my favorite shows.
I hope this information is helpful for you, Anmol, and that you'll be able to visit the Disneyland Resort soon! Please feel free to contact us again anytime if you need anything further!
Have a Magical Day!
