How long does the process take to have a Mickey ears hat personalized with a name at Le Chateau in Magic Kingdom?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jennifer! I’m so happy to know that you’re planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Mickey ear hats are such a fun souvenir, my oldest daughter loves hers! Thanks for sending us your question.

When having souvenirs embroidered at The Chapeau on Main Street, U.S.A. at the Magic Kingdom Park, or anywhere else at the Walt Disney World Resort, it really depends on how many people are waiting for their goods. When we purchased my daughter’s, there was no one else waiting. The whole process took like five minutes!

Cast Members who may be a bit busy with orders, may ask you to come back to pick up your goods in a few hours.

Jennifer, you can always arrange for your theme park merchandise to be taken to the entrance for convenient pick-up as you exit the park. Just let the friendly Cast Member at checkout know that you’d like to take advantage of this service.

If you’re a guest at a Disney Resort hotel, you can always have your souvenirs delivered to your hotel, so you don’t have to carry them around with you. Just let the retail clerk know that you’d like to use this service and the arrangements can be made very easily. Staying within the magic really does have its advantages!

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any additional questions. Helping you with the details of your next magical visit is our pleasure!
