How long do you have to get off the ship once it embarks on the last day?

    Ahoy Janet!

The final morning of your cruise is bittersweet.  While you are sad to be leaving the beautiful ship and her amazing crew, you might also be anxious to get going on your journey home.

The early dining guests have scheduled breakfast at 5:45am, while the late dining rotation's breakfast is at 8:00am. There are limited choices at breakfast and it definitely goes faster than you are used to with your dining team.  Once the second breakfast is over, the crew members start to "remind" everyone to please gather their belongings and leave the ship.

The crew only has a few precious hours to get ready for their next wave of guests ready to embark on a similar journey to the one your family just ended.  For this reason, usually by 9:15am they are guiding everyone off the ship.  We once were one of the final families to disembark the Disney Fantasy, and I think we were through customs by 9:30am.

If you wish to leave the ship sooner, you are welcome to do so as soon as she has been cleared through customs, which is usually around 7:00am.

I hope this helps with your cruise planning!  Please let me know if you have further questions.

    Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
