Ahoy there, Lorian! Welcome aboard, and thank you so very much for cruising by with your question.
Disney Cruise Line has the most incredible
Youth Clubs! It's a whole different vacation for your kids when they participate in the many activities offered at age-appropriate levels of fun and excitement.
Disney's Oceaneer Club is open usually from about 9 AM until midnight. There aren't set "sessions," and the kids can drop in at any time to participate in the activities. You can check when you go to the open house that is held on the first evening of your cruise to see if there is a schedule of events that are a must-do for your kids, but for the most part, you can bring them whenever they want to go. Be prepared - for my kids, that was from the time they woke up until I dragged them reluctantly each evening.
If you have a day at
Castaway Cay, the fun shifts to the sand. The onboard hours will be different, as many of the kids' club cast will be on the island to organize kids' activities there.
Lorian, you can register your kids when you do your
online check-in 30 days before you sail. The kids having fun in the kids club gives you a chance to have some grown-up time. Check out the
spa on your ship or enjoy one of the
lounges for a fun cocktail or some music.
Have the very best time, Lorian!
