    How long does it normally take for a club level cast member to contact you after the reservation is made?

    Hello Terri,

    Thanks so much for sending your question to us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  It's great to hear from you again!

    Staying Club Level at a Deluxe Resort is the ultimate experience!  The personalized service, gorgeous rooms and amenities in the Club Level Lounge are all amazing.  After you've made your reservation for a Club Level room, you will be contacted by a representative from Walt Disney World's Itinerary Planning Office.  They will first try contacting you by email, and then by phone if they haven't been able to reach you by email, to help you plan every last detail of your dream vacation.  That includes dining reservations, childcare services, transportation, golf tee times, special tours, recreation activities and much more.  The timing of that first contact depends on when you make your reservation and how far away that is from your check-in date.  If your check-in date is less than 190 days away, you will be contacted as soon as possible - usually within 24-48 hours.  If it is more than 190 days away, you'll be contacted around that 190-day mark, which gives the Itinerary Planning Office about 10 days to work with you on your vacation preferences so that they can get started with dining and other reservations when you're 180 days away from arriving.  You are also welcome to contact the Itinerary Planning Office directly if you haven't heard from them or you have questions.  I found phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses for each Deluxe Resort's Club Level on the independent site www.magicmemoriesmayhem.com (just search for "Club Level at Walt Disney World" for that information).
