How long does it take to get from magic kingdom to epcot? We are spending the morning at magic kingdom but need to be at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at 1:40 for a lunch appointment. I don't know how much time to allow :)

Hi, Melissa!  I always recommend giving yourself an hour in between theme parks.  If you are taking Walt Disney World transportation, you can take the monorails between the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, but then you'll still need to walk back to the World Showcase and get yourself to Norway for the lunch reservation.

You don't say what time of year you're going, but the lines to get into the park can be quite busy if you are visiting at a peak time, such as Christmas.  You may need every minute of that hour during a busier time to get from one park to another.

If you are traveling by car or taxi, you may be able to shave off 15 minutes or so, but I'd still give myself a full 45 minutes to get between parks.

    Have a great visit!
