How long will the live action Ariel be at Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World? We’ll be there in mid-July and we’re really hoping to see her!

Hi, Shaun, and welcome to planDisney, where we love devoting full time to floating...and helping guests plan magical vacations. I've seen the new live-action Little Mermaid twice and embarrassed my husband by singing along...loudly!  I can understand why you'd like to meet Ariel from the live-action story, so let's see if we can look at the world around us and find what you're looking for!

Shaun, while we do not have an exact timeline for how long Ariel from the live-action film will stay at Walt Disney World Resort, I did check the calendar, and she has greeting times listed through the end of August. So life might be the bubbles on your upcoming visit!

Currently, you can meet Ariel at Disney's Hollywood Studios. I checked the My Disney Experience Mobile App today by tapping the location pin icon at the bottom of the screen and sorting by Characters. You can filter by theme park, and I like to tap List in the upper right to scan all the characters that can be seen that day. When you find Ariel, tap her name to see locations and times you can meet her, legs and all!

While you're in the park, my final tip is to try the Little Mermaid Milk Shake at Hollywood Scoops. Mango, guava, and ginger...yes, please! And it looks as swimmingly gorgeous as it tastes.

Shaun, I'm sprinkling pixie dust and bubbles so you'll have a magical time on your upcoming visit. And if you do meet Ariel, please give her my best. Feel free to swim by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
