Lightning Lane attraction!
Michelle, generally you have an hour window to redeem your Lightning Lane pass with a grace period of about 5-10 minutes if you're running late. Of course, sometimes things happen while we are enjoying the magic, so if you scan in late to an attraction and see a blue light, the Cast Member can use his or her discretion to allow later entry. If you're coming from a dining reservation, for example, they may ask you to show a screenshot of your dining time or a dining receipt (this has happened to us running late from dinner at Mama Melrose's for a Slinky Dog Dash Lightning Lane!). If you realize you won't make it to your reserved time, you can always try to
modify your time on the
My Disney Experience mobile app if there is later availability. One final option is to visit with the
Guest Experience Team in the parks to see if they can help you modify your plans; you can usually find them stationed under blue umbrellas in the parks!
