Liam, I'm so happy that the
25th anniversary of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is here! There's nothing like supporting the park's
conservation efforts, spotting your favorite animals on
Kilimanjaro Safaris, or being reminded that we're all a part of the circle of life in the
Festival of the Lion King. It's time to start celebrating!
Like you, I'm visiting
Walt Disney World Resort in May and I'm hoping to be able to secure some of the fabulous merchandise that's been released in honor of Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park's 25th anniversary! While the
Earth Day festivities will be remaining throughout the month of April, we don't have a set date that we can expect this type of merchandise to last. I know that these special items are available for a limited time while supplies last, so it may just depend on demand! At the time of this writing, this merchandise can be found at
Discovery Trading Company,
Island Mercantile, and
Mombasa Marketplace. Liam, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you'll be able to get your paws on your favorite pieces from this collection during your visit.
When you visit, be sure to refuel at one of the incredible dining locations – my favorite is
Satu'li Canteen! You can't go wrong with an Ocean Moon Bowl and Blueberry Cream Cheese Mousse (trust me on this). Make sure that you place a
mobile order through the
My Disney Experience app so your snacks will be ready before you feel a rumbly in your tumbly!
