How long are my Disneyland 1 day tickets good for? Made a reservation but will not be able to make it after all

    Hi there, Sabrina!

Thank you for visiting us here at planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that your plans to visit the Happiest Place on Earth had to be cancelled. I hope that you will be able to reschedule your visit for another time.

Your answer will depend on when you purchased your tickets. If you would like to verify the exact expiration date of your tickets, there are two ways to find this information:

    • in the Disneyland Confirmation email for the ticket purchase, the expiration date is listed in fine print towards the bottom of the message. You can also press the "Access Your eTickets" link within the message and then select "Print E-Tickets" on the top right corner. The expiration date should be printed on the tickets.

In general, tickets have a very generous expiration window. For instance, a one day ticket purchased today would be valid until December 30, 2024. Per Terms and Conditions, unused expired tickets are non-refundable but the cost of the ticket may be applied to the purchase of a new Theme Park ticket, so you will have some options. Finally, pay attention to the Tier level of your tickets and understand that blockout dates affect lower ticket Tiers.

Sabrina, I hope you find this information useful and that you'll be able to visit the Disneyland Resort at a later date! There's a lot going on this year because Disneyland Park will be the heart of the Disney100 Celebration beginning on January 27, 2023! We hope to see you there!

    Sincerely,
    -Al

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
