How long before a cruise should we be receiving our travel booklet and tags? I’m trying to have as a surprise for the kids on Christmas. Thank you, Toya

    Ahoy Toya!

Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am thrilled that you will be starting the new year sailing with Captain Mickey!  What an incredible gift for your kids to find under your tree.  I predict a lot of screams of excitement and smiles at your house this Christmas morning!

You should expect to receive your Disney Cruise Line travel booklet and luggage tags anywhere from seven to 21 days before your sailing.  Your secret will be safe before Santa Claus arrives at your house!  If for some reason you do not receive your luggage tags before you sail, do not worry!  Just be sure you know your stateroom number, and the porters at the cruise terminal will have extra tags that you can write your stateroom number on when you arrive.

If you are looking for a creative way to share the exciting news about your high seas adventure, you can schedule a call from Captain Mickey on Christmas morning and let him share the wonderful news!  ShopDisney.com also has plenty of Disney Cruise Line merchandise, including a pillow plush Captain Mickey, that can be wrapped up to help you unveil this surprise.

Enjoy every moment of your magical Christmas reveal, Toya!  Once the secret is out of the bag, be sure to share the adorable countdown to your cruise on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App with your little ones.  Cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any additional questions you may have before you set sail!

    "Sea" ya real soon!  Angie
