Hi there, Michael! Welcome to planDisney. We are here to answer all of your Disney vacation planning questions.
There are many transportation options at the
Walt Disney World Resort and for many people, their day begins once they board. This includes me! And you're staying at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, which is on the
Disney Skyliner route. That means you have quick and easy transportation to both
Disney's Hollywood Studios and
EPCOT. This transportation option really does feel like an attraction in and of itself!
The
Walt Disney World Bus Service provides transportation from Disney's Caribbean Beach Beach Resort to
Disney Springs. While the actual distance is about a 10-15 minute car ride, you should allow yourself much more time to get between these two locations. Since there are multiple bus stops at this resort, there may be traffic, as well as other considerations, the official advice of the Walt Disney World Resort is to give yourself 90 minutes to get from one location to another when using resort transportation. While personally, it has never taken me that long to get from one location to another, it's always better to be safe than sorry. Furthermore, the buses from Disney Springs will only return to the
Disney Resorts Collection Hotels. They will not travel to the theme parks.
You can also use a rideshare app to get you from one location to another. And if you love the Disney magic that only Cast Members can provide, you can use the Lyft app to hire a
Disney Minnie Van. It's quick, convenient, accommodating, and has a sprinkling of pixie dust with the level of service! Plus, only Disney Minnie Vans can drop you off at the front gates of Magic Kingdom Park. Other rideshares will drop you off at the Transportation and Ticket Center and then you'll have to take a boat or monorail to the front gates!
