Hello there, Louann!
The
holidays are my favorite time of year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. I’m always in such a holly and jolly mood when I see all of the Christmas trees and the larger-than-life gingerbread displays in select Disney Resort hotel lobbies.
Louann, although we know that Christmas decorations start getting put out when the clock strikes midnight on October 31st, we don’t have a specific date for when the decor will be put away for next year. I’ve found in the past that you’ll often find Christmas decor around the Resort during the first week in January, but usually, the theme park decorations will disappear the Monday after the
Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend.
Besides the Resort hotels and theme parks, I enjoy seeing the Christmas decorations around Disney Springs. For example,
Disney Springs has a Christmas Tree Stroll presented by AdventHealth, and Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar is all decked out for the holidays.
Whether or not the Christmas decorations are still up, I find Magic Kingdom Park always gives me those warm and happy holiday feelings. I hope you have a tree-mendous vacation.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
