    How long are the christmas decorations up?

    Welcome to planDisney, Karen! The Holidays always seem just a bit more magical at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for stopping in with your planning question!

    In the past, Holiday decorations have stayed up throughout the Resort a few days after New Years Day. I would imagine the decorations would be up until at least January 4th if not until January 6th, giving guests more time to soak up the Holiday fun!

    Karen, the Disney Parks Blog is my favorite place to keep up with all the happenings at the Walt Disney World Resort, especially during the Holidays! You will always see a mention of special seasonal “Foodie Guides,” activities and experiences to look forward to for future visits. I read it almost every day!
