    When I log on to my online account it says something about reminders and I see this message. Just wondering what this is? Reminders On March 15, 2012, in 20 day(s), you can save time, skip the line and check in online

    Hi, Rodney! Online check-in speeds up the process once you arrive.  Upon arriving, the first thing you will need to do is find the Online Check-in counter. If you don't readily see the Online Check-in area, ask a Cast Member, and he or she will be happy to direct you to it.  Don't wait in the regular Check-in line.  You will only need to pick up your Resort Welcome Folder and Key to the World card(s). The Key to the World Card serves as your room key, park tickets, and dining card. Your Check-in process should proceed quickly because your information has already been provided during On-line Check-in.  Then, with your Key to the World card in hand, you can begin your day of fun in the parks.  However, there are only four room request choices when you do online check-in.  They are for 1.) ground floor, 2.) near transportation, 3.) a child's Pack 'n Play Playard, or 4.) to add a refrigerator. If your request is something besides one of those four, I would definitely check-in with a Cast Member upon arrival to try to secure the room I want.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
