Ahoy Carlos!
Thanks for dropping anchor here at
planDisney, where you will find a group of Disney-loving swashbucklers ready to set sail in search of answers to your Disney vacation questions. It sounds like you are setting sail with
Disney Cruise Line from the
Port of Vancouver! You are in luck my friend; I booked pre-cruise and post-cruise hotel stays with Disney Cruise Line before and after setting sail on an Alaskan Cruise just a few years ago. I am happy to share that information with you.
Vancouver is such a beautiful city! So much so that after our short stay before and after our
Alaskan Cruise, our daughter requested a Vancouver-only vacation to celebrate her graduation the following year. If you arrive early enough the day before or even stay a few days before sailing, you can take in some of what Vancouver has to offer. You can
book your pre- and post-cruise hotel stays directly through Disney Cruise Line. They have a curated list of participating hotels selected by Disney. For Vancouver, Disney offers a list of three participating hotels, two that are close to the Port of Vancouver and one near the Vancouver International Airport. The Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel is the closest hotel to the port. The Fairmont Waterfront is a little further away but still within walking distance. You can also easily add ground transportation with Disney Cruise Line from this hotel to the cruise terminal. The third option, Fairmont Vancouver Airport is within a short proximity to the airport and a great place to stay post-cruise before your flight out of Vancouver International Airport. You can find the details about these three hotels and more information under the Pre- and Post-Cruise heading on the
Vancouver Port page.
I hope this information helps you to plan your arrival at the Port of Vancouver to set sail with
Disney Cruise Line! Have a wonderful cruise, Carlos. If we can answer any more of your questions, please bring them here to planDisney. We’re all ears!
Happy Cruising!
Angie
