    Are there lockers available on Castaway Cay? We want to go snorkelling together and are wondering if we can take our phone (for photo's and video's), key to the World card and $ for the postoffice and put it safely away?

    Ahoy Judith!

    Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so happy to hear that you are planning an adventure to my favorite island oasis, Castaway Cay!  Before you know it, you will be resting your feet in the white sand and enjoying the magic of Disney's private island.  How exciting!

    You are going to love exploring the world beneath the waves in the snorkeling lagoon.  When I snorkel, I take a small cinch bag with me to store my belongings in and carry them while on the island.  I leave the bag on a beach chair near the snorkeling lagoon and have never had a pirate plunder that booty while I am in the water.  As lockers are not available on the island, if you don't feel comfortable leaving your phone or other valuables, you may leave them on the ship since it is always a short walk or tram ride away from all the activities, including the Post Office, offered on the island.

    If you are interested in an active day at Castaway Cay, considering starting your visit by running the Castaway Cay 5K.  My family also loves to rent bicycles to explore the island and ride to the observation tower for a great view of the island and ship!  If rest and relaxation is more your speed, simply find an umbrella and beach chair and enjoy your day.
