Now that I have locked down the POLY for 6/2013..now, who has the best character dining?...there are so many options...I want to make sure to get the best one or right one...kids are 8, 16/16..

    Hi Patty!
Yay!!!! I'm so thrilled you are planning your stay at the Polynesian Resort! I love the look and feel of the Poly, and planned my next vacation there as well!
Character meals are some of the most popular dining experiences available at Walt Disney World. Having the opportunity to meet Winnie the Pooh, or sit for a picture with Cinderella and the Princesses are memories children relish forever. Choosing the right character meal totally depends on your families likes and dislikes. While dining in Cinderella Castle is a great experience for any guest, your kids may not be such Princess-fiends. Enjoying a meal with Mickey and Pals might be great at Chef Mickey's or Cape May Cafe, but your teens may not fancy (dare I say it), a picture with Mickey.
My favorite, and therefore one of the best, in my opinion, would be Crystal Palace, in the Magic Kingdom. Featuring the characters from Winnie the Pooh, CP offers great variety of foods in a greenhouse setting. Being able to dine smack dab in the middle of Magic Kingdom, with Cinderella Castle in the background definitely ups the plus factor. And if you time your dinner just right, you can watch Wishes from one of the many glass windows in the restaurant. It was an enjoyable experience for me and my teens, and tell me honestly, who can resist Winnie the Pooh?
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
