    Are there locations in Downtown Disney where you can pick up your theme park tickets?

    Hello Christie,

    Guest Relations, in the Downtown Disney Area, is located near the new Marketplace Co-Op and near DisneyQuest Interactive Theme Park. Here Cast Members can assist Guests with a variety of Walt Disney World needs and questions. At the moment, the Downtown Disney Area is under some dream building construction, so pardon the pixie dust. Be sure to ask Cast Members for directions if you find yourself distracted by all the shops and sites, which may send you wandering into a different direction. I find this happens to me quite often. 

    If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
