    Hello! I live in Ohio and will be traveling to DW in July. I want to take/surprise my niece and nephew with tickets to the park. They are both under 18 and are Florida residents. How can I purchase their tickets so the three of us can enjoy the parks?

    You sound like the world's coolest aunt! I just love that you are taking your niece and nephew to the Most Magical Place on Earth for a day of fantastic memories. 

    Christina, you can easily purchase theme park tickets for them on the Walt Disney World Resort Website. Since you are not a Florida resident, you will not be able to purchase discounted Florida Resident tickets for yourself, or for them. 

    If their parent or guardian is a Florida resident, they will be able to purchase your niece or nephew's Florida resident tickets, however, they must accompany you to the park on the first day to activate the tickets by showing their proof of Florida residency. While the adult Florida resident must be there to activate the tickets, they do not have to enter the theme park themselves. 

    So, Christina, if you are planning to go solo, you are better off purchasing three regular tickets. 

    Christina, once you purchase your theme park tickets, be sure to make Disney Park Pass system reservations! These reservations do book up, so I recommend that you do this as far out as possible.
