Welcome to
planDisney, Shaina! Thanks for stopping in with your planning question about the
Walt Disney World Resort.
When it comes to purchasing and using
Florida Resident theme park tickets, an adult can gift tickets to children in their group who are under the age of 18. As long as the Florida Resident shows their
Proof of Florida Residency at a ticket window or the Disney Springs Guest Services location, the kids can absolutely use the tickets to enter the theme parks.
Shaina, if the kids receive a multi-day ticket, the Florida Resident would only have to show their proof before the ticket is used for the first time. After that, they are good to go for the remainder of the days purchased.
After theme park tickets are squared away, it’s important to make
Disney Park Pass Reservations for the parks your group would like to visit. It’s an easy new step all guests need to take, when they’re planning their
magical visits.
