Korynn from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I live in California 6 months of the year but have stayed in California the full duration of COVID due to the pandemic and keeping my family safe. However, I have an Iowan ID. Would they still allow me in Disneyland? I live with my boyfriend’s parents(CA).

    Hey there, Korynn!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m delighted you stopped by with your question for us.

And I’m even more thrilled you’re planning a trip to Disneyland Resort! Have you hEARd the great news? Although during the phased reopening, due to health and safety guidelines, Disneyland Resort was open to residents of The Golden State; however, I’m happy to report that now The Happiest Place on Earth is welcoming Guests residing outside of California!

Due to current health and safety guidelines, the State of California recommends all Guests be vaccinated or receive a negative Covid-19 test prior to visiting. In addition, face coverings are required in all indoor locations, as well as in enclosed transportation.

If you’d like to take advantage of the Special Offers for residents of California, you would need to provide proof of California residency. For example, you can use a current utility bill, bank statement, a pay stub, or an official document showing your full name and California address.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Korynn. Have an enchanting time!
