Howdy Amber! I love it when a fellow Texan stops by planDisney!
We most certainly do not want you feeling anything less than thrilled to be planning your magical vacation. The first thing I need you to do is take a deep breath, let it out, and put on some Disney tunes. Feeling a bit better? Good! I’m happy to discuss what you’ll need to get into theme parks and have an incredible time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Amber, you will need two things to enter the theme park during your vacation: a
theme park ticket and
Disney Park Pass reservation for the park. If you have already purchased your tickets, head on over to
Disney Parks Pass reservations page and click on “Make a Park Reservation.” Since it will prompt you to sign in using your My Disney Experience account, it will already recognize your theme park tickets.
If you need any help at all making these reservations, open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile app, click on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right of the screen, and then scroll down until you see “Chat With Us.” Once you click on this, you’ll be connected to a Cast Member who will be able to look through your account and help you with your reservations.
If you haven’t purchased your theme park tickets yet, you’ll get the option to choose your dates and look through the
Theme Park Reservations Availability Calendar before your purchase so you can choose the dates that work best with your schedule.
Once you’ve set that up, you can start thinking about all the delectable Mickey-shaped snacks you’ll be eating! And perhaps make some
Advanced Dining Reservations, should you choose to do so! I also recommend following along planDisney’s Instagram account,
@planDisneyPanel, where my fellow panelists and I give lots of tips and tricks for your visit!
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Amber! Have an enchanting time.
Aena
