I am a little confused on if we should purchase a dining plan or not. And if i get one which one to get. We are staying at the animal kingdom lodge. We are also looking at doing a character dining at chef mickey for breakfast. we are a family of 4.

Hi Candice! I love hearing from my Ontario neighbours! The Disney Dining Plan that offers that best value for us is the standard plan, which includes one quick service, one table service, one snack and one refillable drink mug per day. If you're planning on doing a few table service meals, including character experiences, this is great value!

In order to determine which plan is best for your family, I would first call and speak to a Disney reservationist at (407) 939-7675. They'll be able to tell you exactly how much each plan will cost. Then I'd check out the AllEars (dot net) website, where, under the 'dining' tab, they list menus, complete with prices. You'll get a great idea of where to dine and how much it will cost, and if the dining plan is right for you.

Hope this helps Candice! Write back with any other questions!
