Can you listen to the firework music on the tv from the Grand Floridian?

    Hi Christy,

Welcome to planDisney! Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is one of the best ways to experience the luxury and magic at Disney World. My family loves this hotel and all of the convenience it affords. The food and activities are also next level at this Resort hotel so make sure you take full advantage of them.

One of the wonderful things about being so close to the Magic Kingdom is that you get to see Happily Ever After from the comfort of your home away from home. For the full experience make sure to tune into Channel 105 on your in-room TV where they will be piping in the music! It is the perfect way to lull yourself into a magical sleep so you are ready for a full day of theme park fun the next day. Don't forget to also prioritize watching The Electrical Water Pageant at least one evening during your stay. This is a fun nighttime parade with lit-up floats that takes place on Bay Lake coordinated with music.

While staying at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa make sure to take some time for a relaxing day by the pool. The waterslide at this Resort hotel is an absolute blast and the pool bar has great drinks and snacks for a day of fun. If you want to take that pool day to the next level consider renting a poolside Cabana. You will have a beautiful and comfortable shady place to relax while your family enjoys the pool. They even stock your cabana with snacks, drinks, and a fruit tray so you can unwind in luxury. We did this for a birthday celebration on one of our visits and our family still talks about how wonderful it was!

    Happy Planning,
    Jenna
