Is there a list of rides that are available for rope drop at each park? Do you have downloadable maps for us to look at, at home? Am I only allowed two single passes even though I have a park hopper?

    Hi Heather!

Welcome to planDisney! Looks like your trip is right around the corner, so let’s get to it!

If you’ll be staying at a Disney World resort, you’ll have access to Early Entry at the parks.  During that time, select attractions will be available to enjoy. You can find a full list of Early Entry attractions here

Once the parks officially open for the day, almost all of the attractions will be available. Some exceptions include select shows of character meet and greets. If you have a specific show or character meet and greet in mind, you can find the times they’re available by using your My Disney Experience app. If you search for the attraction, the app will tell you what time it’s open throughout the day.

Next, let’s chat about the maps! To find the downloadable park maps, you can visit the theme park’s web page. Right below the photo/video, you can click “Map.” Then right below the interactive map, you’ll see a down arrow that says the park and “Guide Map” next to it. That’s where you can download it! Here’s a list of all the theme park web pages:

    Magic Kingdom
    Hollywood Studios
    Epcot
    Animal Kingdom

You can also find the entire map of Disney World’s property, including all 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, resorts, and much more in your My Disney Experience app. After opening the app, click the location tab at the bottom. You can filter by location at the top. You can also swipe along the top bar if you’re looking for something specific such as restaurants, character meet and greets, PhotoPass locations, and more.

Of course, each park will have paper maps available, as well. They’re near the entrance to the park, so feel free to grab one as you walk in. There’s just something about a physical map to look at. Plus it makes for a fun souvenir!

Finally, when it comes to Lightning Lane Single Pass, each guest can book up to two single passes per park day (pending availability) whether they have a standard ticket or park hopper. Since you have a park hopper, those two Lightning Lane Single Passes will not need to be at the same park.

You can book your Lightning Lanes beginning at 7 AM Eastern, 7 days prior to your check-in date if you're staying at a Disney World resort. If you're staying off property, your booking window will open at 7 AM Eastern, 3 days prior to the start date of your ticket if it's a date-based ticket.

I hope that helps…and that you have the best time on your trip! We’ll see you real soon!
