is there a list of restaurants in magic kingdom that have gluten free choices?

    Hi Beth!

The Walt Disney World Resort wants to make sure everyone has an absolutely magical experience, which includes accommodating guests with special dietary restrictions!  Most of the table service and quick service dining locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort offer allergy-friendly options, including gluten-free choices!  Many restaurants even have allergy-friendly menus.  If you would like, you will also have the opportunity to speak to a chef or a Cast Member trained in special diets at the restaurant.  Just make sure when you make your reservation that you indicate that you would like to have gluten-free options available.  Also, you should tell your server about your preferences when you arrive at the restaurant.  They are always happy to help!  If you have any specific questions or requests about eating gluten-free at Magic Kingdom Park, you can email the special diets team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.

There are so many amazing dining options at Magic Kingdom Park, and I am sure that you will be able to find something that you can enjoy!  One of my favorite snacks, Pineapple Dole Whip from Aloha Isle, is actually gluten-free!  I highly recommend trying it, especially if you have never had it before!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
