    How can I get a list of the proposed activities at the animal kingdom lodge so that I can plan?

    Hi Stacey,

    You are going to LOVE Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge!  It was one of my family's very favorite places to stay!  You will be completely immersed in an African setting complete with amazing artwork, fantastic views of wildlife, and the chance to learn about and experience the culture of Africa. 

    There are so many fun things to do at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. The pools are amazing, and my kids especially loved the slide at the Samawati Springs Pool.  I think my son squealed so loudly with joy during his ride on it, the entire resort heard!  Beyond the pools, though, there are many activities and events scheduled every day.  I'd definitely encourage you to pick up a Recreation Calendar when you check in as it will have an entire list of all of the activities and programs going on during your stay.

    You'll find that Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge offers something called a String of Memories.  For each specified cultural, wildlife, or conservation activity that you participate in, you'll be given a bead to place on a string.  There are eight of them to complete and it makes for a lovely souvenir to take home with you.
