Is there a list of items acceptable to bring into the park?

Hi, Shantay, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! This is a really great question, so I am glad you stopped by to chat with us. Rather than listing out all of the whozits and whatsits galore that are allowed to be brought into the Walt Disney World Resort parks and resorts, there is a great list of Prohibited thingamabobs found within the Property Rules. This list is often reevaluated to ensure a safe and enjoyable day filled with magical memories, so be sure to review it before your upcoming trip.

Recently, the type of allowed strollers was adjusted, so you may want to measure yours if you plan to bring one. Also note that while small coolers are allowed, you will want to pack reusable ice bricks or sealable bags for storing loose ice to keep your perishables cold. Since I know you will want to take as many selfies with your favorite princesses and princes as possible (go visit Flynn Rider at the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast and get all the smolder selfies!), know that the length of your arm is as far away as you can get with your camera, as telescoping selfie sticks are not allowed.

These are just a few of the rules to be aware of, so do check those Property Rules as soon as possible and again right before your trip. If there is a specific item about which you may be wondering, feel free to pop back in here and send me a question. I will be happy to do some digging for you to make sure you have a pixie-dusted day at Walt Disney World Resort.
