When will the list of events for new years eve December 2013 be out? We decided we want to be in Magic Kingdom on New Years Eve but don't want to miss anything in the other parks. Also, will there be any discounted packages December 26 arrival?

    Hi David,

What a great way to ring in the New Year than to be at the Walt Disney World Resorts! My family spent New Year's Eve at Magic Kingdom with a packed house. The park was actually closed to new guests because it reached capacity. I recommend you get to the park by 8:00 pm to guarantee you are in Magic Kingdom for the festivities.

You should begin to see information about New Year's and the holiday season in a few weeks or in September.

As for packages, it is doubtful that they offer a package to guests because it is such a popular time of the year. I suggest watching the Disney website as well as AllEarsnet.com or Mousesavers.com.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
