Hi, is there a list of Dairy-free food items? We will be staying at the Contemporary Resort and visiting Magic Kingdom next week. We have Atrium Club Lounge access as well - do they have dairy & egg free options? Can we inform someone?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Kelsey! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

As a lactose-intolerant Guest myself, I'm happy to let you know that the Walt Disney World Resort is very flexible when it comes to food intolerances and allergies. While there is not a specific list of dairy-free food items that you can find throughout the Resort, I can tell you that most restaurants and quick service locations offer a variety of dairy and egg-free options for you to choose from. All you need to do is ask to see an allergy-friendly menu, and you'll be all set!

If you'll be dining at a table service restaurant, I do suggest that you inform your server of your specific allergies before ordering. Every single time I've done this, my food has come out with an allergy marker that states that my food was prepared without allergens, but also that it was never in close contact with anything that could make me develop a reaction.

Kelsey, if you'd like to see some allergy-free menus before your magical vacation, you can do it through the My Disney Experience mobile app! All you need to do is open the app, click on the search bar at the bottom of your screen, and search for the specific location you'd like to check out. Once you've found your desired location, click on it and head to their menu. If you scroll down a little bit past the regular menu items, you should see whether or not they offer an allergy-friendly menu. My favorite diary & egg free menu item throughout the entire Resort can be found at the Garden Grill Restaurant! They are the Allergy-Friendly Mickey-shaped Waffles. I swear they taste just like the real thing!

I hope this helps, Kelsey. If you have any other questions before your trip next week, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help!

    Warm hugs,
