Renee, it sounds as though you've accidentally linked a theme park ticket to the incorrect Guest. Not to worry! You should be able to reassign wholly unused standard theme park admission to another member of your
Family & Friends List. Often, this process can be completed on the Walt Disney World Resort website by clicking the "My Disney Experience" tab, then navigating to the "
Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" tab. Locate the theme park ticket that has been incorrectly assigned and check for an option to "Reassign Ticket." Alternatively, you could use the
My Disney Experience mobile app to reassign the ticket. In the app, tap the "☰" icon, then "My Tickets & Passes." Find the ticket in question and select "Reassign Ticket."
If you don't see the option to reassign the ticket on the website or in the mobile app, then you may need to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the
Existing Tickets phone line for additional assistance. If you'd prefer, you could also sort this issue out in person once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort. The helpful Cast Members at any theme park ticket window or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs would be able to assist you with this!
