    Hi, When linking my reservation I was only given my husband's name twice. I added him and myself but now I'm not sure if we're both linked. When I look at magic bands I'm shown his name and not mine. How do I correct this,?

    Well hi there Heather, and a warm Canadian welcome back to planDisney!

    Can you believe your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is only months away now? There's really nothing like gazing out your window in Ontario after a sudden spurt of snowfall, only to remember that sunny weather awaits you and your husband here in Florida for your 35th anniversary! I just experienced a similar situation linking my upcoming reservation at Disney's Contemporary Resort this spring, and though here at planDisney we don't have access to fix this ourselves like the Cast Members in charge of Resort Hotel Reservations can, I can point you in the right direction!

    • The way that you can make changes to your reservation may depend on how you've booked your Disney Resort Hotel stay; whether purchased through a travel agent who can manage this on their end or if you've purchased this through a third-party vendor. It sounds like you've already gone through the process of Linking a Resort Reservation to your Account, and like so many fellow Walt Disney World Resort guests you can confirm whether this was successful by viewing My Plans through My Disney Experience. Here, you should be able to see your upcoming stay listed under My Plans, Reservations and Tickets, including the names of the guests who are linked for the stay. In my recent experience, an error in the reservation system had my name spelled incorrectly which did not allow it to link properly - I had to contact the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Cast Members directly in order to have this fixed in their system. (Though it's not toll-free, many Canadian Disney guests find ways to call over the internet in order to avoid long distance charges!)
    • You should also be able to confirm whether both of your names show up under My Planning Party and currently under this section the website currently states: "If anyone you're planning with is listed multiple times or is not on this list, please call (407) 939-4357."
