When linking a pass to my Magicband+ I see every ticket for anyone who ever came to Disneyland with me. All the one day passes are long expired so I don’t k how to delete them. Is there a way to have expired tickets no longer show?

    Hey there, Valerie!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for submitting your question to us! I enjoy researching tech questions and I have to say that yours was really unique and interesting, so thank you for that!

To make a long story short, there is no easy way to delete those tickets that you're seeing on the MagicBand+ screen. It took me a while to arrive at that answer, so I hope you'll allow me to tell you the story of how I got there.

I used myself as a guinea pig and tested out what you are describing. I opened the Disneyland Mobile App, selected the "☰" Features Menu, and then clicked on MagicBand+. Under your MagicBand+, if you click on the blue assigned ticket, you're then taken to the "Assign Admission" screen where I'm guessing you're seeing all your old tickets under "Assign Ticket or Magic Key Pass." I too saw a few old tickets that are no longer valid with my account. I tried assigning them to a MagicBand+ and it never stuck, so at least you can't accidentally attach them. I saw no obvious way to delete them, though, so I took the next step.

I then reached out to Website Support and spoke to a very friendly Cast Member and described my situation. After several minutes on hold, she admitted that the question had to be elevated to Tech Support and that I would receive a response in a few days. She understood the desire to clean up this screen but there is no easy way for a Guest to do it themselves. If you are interested in doing this, I would recommend that you also reach out to Website Support to see if they can help you. Thankfully, they have no other effect on your account other than cluttering up the screen.

Valerie, I'm sorry I couldn't give you a concise and definitive answer on this. As of this writing, I'm still waiting on an answer from Tech Support but I'm hopeful that they'll be able to help. It shouldn't affect your visit to the Disneyland Resort, though, so I hope you have a fantastic time on your next trip!

Please reach out to us again if you have any more questions, Valerie! We'd love to hear from you again!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
