While linking my park hopper, the ID number is not showing. How do I know if I am matching the correct guest to the correct ticket #?

Hey, howdy, hey, Jill! Thanks for moseying on over to planDisney with your question.

Whether you're planning to start your day by zipping through Andy's backyard on Slinky Dog Dash or having a leisurely breakfast with Cinderella Castle in your sightline, let's make sure your tickets allow you to soak in all of the Magic.

I would first make sure you can view your entire traveling party in your My Disney Experience account. Once you have logged in, when you scroll down, you should see everyone who currently has plans linked with yours. If you do not see all of your traveling party listed, you'll want to link everyone first. My fellow panelist, Jennifer, has a great explanation of how to link guests HERE.

If you can view all of your Family & Friends, I would next check that you have entered the correct number when linking tickets. Depending on how you purchased your park hopper tickets, you may see two different numbers. Take a look at THIS visual guide to linking tickets before re-entering the numbers.

Finally, since it sounds like you have already tried adding your tickets but you don't see plans associated with each guest, if none of the above steps resolve your concern, I would call and speak with a Cast Member on the existing tickets line.

Jill, before you call, it might help to know that I have had to wait on hold for a bit to resolve a ticketing concern. I like to make sure I have plenty of time to put my phone on speaker and work around the house while I wait... and whistle while I work

Jill, I hope this helps as you are looking ahead to your upcoming visit. Please make sure to note that Theme Park Reservations are still required to enter all parks at the Walt Disney World Resort (with all ticket types), so as soon as your tickets are all correctly linked, don't wait to make those reservations for your first park of the day!

If you have any other questions, we would be happier than Buzz Lightyear on a mission to further help with your vacation planning, so come on back to Star Command- ER, I mean... planDisney!
