Hi, I just purchased Disney world tickets for 4 adults and 3 kids (2 families). I just got 1 ticket if and was wondering how to link it to two different Disney accounts so that both families can manage their reservations separately if needed.

    Hiya Jayashri, welcome to planDisney!

Walt Disney World Resort is the practically perfect place for kids and kids at heart to make memories together. Memory Maker is my favorite vacation souvenir because one purchase includes unlimited downloads of all Disney PhotoPass photos and media for you and up to 25 members of your Family and Friends. You can save some Disney dollars by purchasing Memory Maker at least three days before you arrive.

I understand you purchased theme park tickets for your entire party, Jayashri, and it sounds like you are ready to link them to My Disney Experience. As part of the ticket-linking process, you'll assign each ticket to a member of your Family and Friends List. Let's start by making sure everyone in your travel party appears on that list.

If they haven't already done so, at least one adult in each family should create a My Disney Experience account. Children under the age of 13 cannot have their own My Disney Experience accounts so My Disney Experience account profiles for each child should be created by the managing adult.

To connect with a friend's My Disney Experience account, start by entering their name and age. Once the age is entered, select "Invite this Guest" to connect and enter the email address associated with their My Disney Experience account. As soon as your friend accepts the email invitation to connect, you will be officially connected as Family and Friends. This means you can view and make plans for each other (link tickets, make theme park reservations, purchase Disney Genie+ service, view Disney PhotoPass images, etc). To connect with the children's profiles, select "Find through my connected Guests" and the children's names should automagically appear as long as the managing adult's Family and Friends List is shared.

Once everyone's names appear on your Family and Friends List, you can use your ticket confirmation number to link each ticket to its correct owner. Don't forget to make theme park reservations and decide on a method of entry

I hope I understood your situation correctly, Jayashri. If not, please follow up with as many details as possible.

    Plan magic; planDisney.
