When linking a credit card to your disney key card is there a predetermined dollar limit? If so what is that amount ?

When you use a credit card to enable charging privileges your Key to the World Card, there is an initial limit set on the amount of charging allowed. The default charging limit is $500 for the value resorts, $1,000 for the moderate resorts, and $1,500 for the deluxe resorts. However, you are able to specify a higher or lower number upon check-in. If you reach the limit you set at check-in, your Key to the World Card will no longer accept charges. At any time, you are welcome to stop by the front desk of your hotel and add money to your limit to reactivate charging.
