Hi there, Hannah! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and allowing us to help you plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!
When planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort, your
My Disney Experience account is your link to all this regarding your vacation! This comprehensive planning tool is accessible both and online and through your smartphone, so you can access your plans from just about anywhere. From your My Disney Experience account, you can do such things as create your Family & Friends List, link your reservations and tickets, create advanced dining reservations, schedule personal reminders, and so much more!
If you need to unlink a reservation from your account, you will first need to log into your My Disney Experience account. From there, navigate over to the “My Reservations” area and locate which reservation you would like to unlink. You should then see a prompt titled “Modify Reservation” which will allow you to change many different parts of your previously created reservation. If you don’t see the link to modify your reservation, I would recommend reaching out to the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line. Here, a helpful Cast Member will assist you in removing your selected reservations from your My Disney Experience account.
In the case that you need to remove individual
theme park reservations from your My Disney Experience account, you can also do this in a relatively simple manner. All you will need to do this time is locate your theme park reservations and click the “Cancel Reservations” link. This may seem intimidating but you will be given the option to cancel reservations for only select members of your party on the next page! Once you’ve made your changes, you will then be prompted to confirm your selections and you will be good to go with your altered theme park reservations!
I hope this information assists you as you continue to plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you in the meantime!
