My Disney Experience app is a great idea before you arrive. If I understand correctly, you've set up the plans for the Guests in your travel party and your husband is trying to save his
Disney MagicMobile digital pass to his Apple wallet. I'd love to help!
Lynne, I'd first suggest making sure that your plans are shared with your husband. To do this, log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Family & Friends. Scroll down to your husband's name – does it say "Plans managed by me" next to it? If so, click "Update," then "Share Planning with..." Enter the email address associated with your husband's My Disney Experience account. Once he accepts the invitation on his end, he'll be able to view and comanage his plans! He'll also need to download the My Disney Experience app on his own mobile device, where he'll tap the three lines ≡ in the bottom right corner, then Disney MagicMobile. Here, he can select his Disney MagicMobile digital pass, then tap the plus sign in the upper right corner to add it to his Apple wallet! Of course, if you have any additional questions, you can always
call a friendly Cast Member. They'll be happy to take a peek at your account and help you with the next steps!
Your My Disney Experience account is the hub where all of your magical plans live. Your theme park tickets,
theme park reservations,
advance dining reservations,
MagicBands, and more are all synced together in My Disney Experience. So if your husband is able to download his Disney MagicMobile digital pass, he'll be able to tap his mobile device at the entrance to enter the parks – just like magic! The My Disney Experience app will also allow you to check wait times for attractions, access
virtual queues, and even
mobile order food during your visit. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!
