I have linked my passes/tickets to my account but when I check my Apple wallet I can see my sons but not mine. I’m stuck and do not know what to do. What info do you need from me? Debbie

    Hi Debbie,

Thanks for bringing your question to us. I'm happy to help as you prepare for your upcoming visit.

It sounds like you are already on the right track now that your tickets have been linked to your My Disney Experience Account. My family uses MagicBand+ when we visit, but I've also created a Disney Magic Mobile Pass for each of us which is stored in my phone's Apple Wallet. You never know when you need a backup! Let's walk through the steps to create the additional passes for the rest of your travel party.

First, open your My Disney Experience Mobile App and navigate to the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of the screen. Once there, scroll down past the main tiles to the links below. Click the link for "Set Up MagicMobile Entry" under the Account heading. Once that screen loads you should see the pass you've already created for your son. Click the "+" at the top right corner and place a check in the box for yourself and/or the other members of your travel party. You can change the pass color and theme for each guest by clicking "Change Pass Style."

Once you've chosen the perfect pass style for each guest click the "Add to Apple Wallet" button to generate the additional passes. You'll see one more page confirming the pass creation. Click "Add" to complete the process. Once the passes have been generated head to your Apple Wallet to view them. You'll likely see a single pass at first glance but will be able to swipe between them to see each pass you have created.

I hope this clears up any confusion, Debbie. If you need additional troubleshooting feel free to reach out to a Cast Member by phone. They'll be able to view your account details and assist on the back end if needed.

In the meantime, please come back to planDisney with more questions. We'd love to help you create the perfect park itineraries for your June trip. Be sure to read up on the new offerings coming to the parks this summer. There is so much magic awaiting you!

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
