    I linked my memory maker with a friend. On her MDE the photos are coming up with photopass across them why is that and why can she not download them on her phone?

    Hi Lindsay!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your Disney PhotoPass photos!  I will happy to help you with viewing and sharing your photos.

    It sounds like you have already connected your My Disney Experience account with your friend and set photo sharing permission so you can view each other's photos.  Purchasing Memory Maker allows you to download all your Disney PhotoPass photos, as well as photos from up to 25 members of your Family & Friends list.  However, the Memory Maker entitlement can only be assigned to one account.

    Your friend's photos in her My Disney Experience account will have the watermark across them unless she has also purchased her photos.

    If you are the owner of the Memory Maker entitlement, you may download photos in your account an unlimited number of times during your Memory Maker window, to all your devices.  Once you have downloaded your photos, they are yours to share however you like (for personal, non-commercial use.)  You may post them to social media, print your photos, or share them with family and friends via email or text.
