I am happy to hEAR you are clearly utilizing your My Disney Experience and
mobile app. This is your vacation hub during the planning process and while you are visiting. Become comfortable navigating everything it can do for you before your arrival.
Sometimes computers can just be fickle and their wires clearly get crossed. My husband always says, “When in doubt sign out and shut it down and then start over.” If signing out and back into your profile doesn’t work or trying a different web browser doesn’t either, then I recommend speaking to a Cast Member by calling (407) 939-4357. They will have more knowledge about the inner working of the My Disney Experience program and right the error that is occurring on your profile.
