I linked 4 adult tickets in MDE and made park reservations. Now that I've got everyone to download the app, I would like for them to have their own tickets in their app. How do I accomplish that because the code is used?

    Hiya, Judy! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth this May! The only thing better than visiting Walt Disney World Resort is visiting with people you care about and your trip is sure to be an extra special one. You'll be in time to experience everything that The World's Most Magical Celebration has to offer, from celebratory sweets to the glowing Beacons of Magic! Also, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom by the time you arrive. Be sure to sample some of the outdoor kitchens and keep an eye out for the character topiaries!

Judy, are you secretly Elastigirl? Because you're seriously Incredible! How amazing that you've linked the Theme Park Tickets and made Theme Park Reservations for the adults in your travel party. And you're exactly right - the next best step would be for your travel party to download the My Disney Experience app! Let's take a few more steps so your Guests can see and co-manage all of their magical plans.

First, you'll want to make sure that they've created their own My Disney Experience accounts. This account can be accessed online and also through the My Disney Experience app!

Judy, you'll want to head to your own Family & Friends List in your My Disney Experience account next. Log in, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. You should see your travel party listed here and it's likely that you can see the words "Plans managed by me" next to their names. For each Guest, you'll want to click "Update" next to their name. From here, click the "Share Planning with..." link and add that Guest's email address. They'll receive an email on their end and, once they accept the invitation, they should be able to view and co-manage all of their plans!

They can confirm that they're able to view their tickets and Theme Park Reservations by tapping the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner of the app. They can tap "Tickets and Passes" to view the tickets linked to their account or "Future Plans" to see their Theme Park Reservations!

Ta-da! You are all one step closer to your magical vacation! And since they've all downloaded the My Disney Experience app already, I'd recommend that your travel party takes some time to explore everything that it has to offer. A little like holding a magic wand in your hand, this app will allow you to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even mobile order food. This way, you know your meals and snacks will be ready before you ever feel a rumbly in your tumbly!

I hope I was able to help your Guests view their tickets on their accounts, Judy. If you have any other questions, please visit us again! After all, you've got a friend in me.

    See ya real soon!
