Vinicius, it sounds like you're having some issues linking your tickets in My Disney Experience. First, let's make sure your date of birth is accurate. If you're using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, tap the menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Scroll down to My Account and click "Profile." Then, choose "Account Settings." Scroll down to the Personal Information section and make sure the birthdate listed is accurate. If you need to change it, reach out to a helpful Cast Member - it can't be changed within the app. If your birthdate is correct and you're trying to link a Disney Theme Park ticket that's the correct age range, please reach out to a
Cast Member for technical assistance.
