Hiya, Ashleigh, and thanks for stopping by planDisney on your way to
Walt Disney World Resort! All work and no play sounds pretty un-magical, so let's see how to link your theme park admission so you can have some fun!
If you bought your tickets online, you probably received an email confirmation which should contain a 12-digit code. Once you locate that code, open your
My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the My Tickets & Passes tile on the Welcome screen. Any active linked tickets will appear here, so swipe through to see if your admission is already there. If not, tap the blue plus sign in the upper right corner and follow the prompts to enter the confirmation number and
link your ticket.
I recommend contacting your conference coordinator if you need the ticket confirmation code. They should be able to provide any necessary information to help you get the admission in your account. You can also call the
Existing Tickets line if you need more help.
Disney MagicMobile service transforms your phone into your theme park ticket and more. On the mobile app's Welcome screen, scroll to the Account section and select Set up MagicMobile Entry to get started. This service allows you to download your tickets to your phone's wallet so you can scan in at the parks. You can also link PhotoPass photos, check-in for virtual queues, and even use your phone as your Disney Resort Hotel room key. It's like having a Fairy Godmother at your beck and call!
My favorite feature is placing
mobile food orders through my mobile app because I can order anytime and specify when I'd like my meal prepared. That's a dream come true for a planner like me! When I'm heading to Magic Kingdom Park in the morning, I typically order lunch on my way.
Columbia Harbor House has a delectable Lobster Roll, and I know it will be ready and waiting for me after I've worked up an appetite.
Ashleigh, finding the perfect balance between business and leisure is a breeze at Disney! I hope you have a fabulous trip, and please
stop by planDisney anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
