How do I link my tickets to my phone on the Disney World app?

    Hi there, Patricia!

Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us your question. You'll be at the Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few days... oh, boy! I'm so excited for you. You're visiting during such a delightful time of year, and also during my favorite festival - EPCOT's International Flower & Garden! I hope a trip to see the gorgeous flowers and awesome character topiaries fits into your plans.

Linking your Disney World theme park tickets to your phone is easy to do, so let's walk through it together. It sounds like you've got the first step in place, having the My Disney Experience app installed. Well done, you! Having the app can really help throughout your Disney Day... for everything from checking attraction wait times, to placing a mobile food order so you can skip that crowded lunch line, to tapping into any Lightning Lane passes you reserve.

Bonus tip: Bring along a portable battery charger for your phone. Between app use and taking all those magical photos and videos... your phone battery will likely drain faster than a typical day at home.

Next, make sure you've linked your admission tickets to your account. To do so, from the app home screen select the "≡" icon in the lower right, then select "My Tickets & Passes". If you do not yet see your tickets, click the "+" sign in the top right to add them via "Link Tickets & Passes".

Once your tickets are showing up in your app, there are a couple of ways you can add them to your phone's wallet... allowing you to directly use your phone as your ticket. From this same "My Tickets & Passes" area, right below your ticket you should see a box that allows you to click "Save to Wallet" to use your ticket from your phone. This handy feature is actually called MagicMobile. The other area you can find it is by navigating to the "≡" menu again, and scrolling down to "Account - Set up MagicMobile Entry" then following the prompts.

I hope this helps, Patricia! Sending a big dose a pixie-dust for you to have an amazing time at Disney World! Please visit me again at planDisney if you have any last minute questions, or would like any dining recommendations... I'll try to answer right away.

    See ya' real soon!
