I want link my tickets, what I need to do?

    Hey there Edna,

Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question! The fact that you have theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort that you want to link must mean that you have a trip coming up soon - how exciting!

If you purchased your theme park tickets on the Disneyland Resort website then they should already be linked to your Disney account. My preferred method of checking this is by visiting the My Plans hub where you can make and manage all the different reservations for your upcoming trip.

You can also check in the Disneyland mobile app by accessing the menu (the three horizontal lines), and then tapping "Tickets and Passes."

If you're not seeing your tickets in either of those locations, then I'd recommend searching your email inbox for your ticket purchase confirmation email (search for "Disneyland Confirmation"). In that email, you'll see a blue button that says "Access Your eTickets" that you can click on. On this next page, click the button near the top right corner that says "Print E-Tickets." Here is where you can see a barcode and your Ticket ID number - you can use either of these to link your tickets to your Disney account.

The easiest way to link them to your Disney account would be through the Disneyland mobile app in the Tickets and Passes section that I referenced above! While here, you'll want to tap "Link Tickets & Passes" and then use your phone camera to scan the barcode for each ticket.

Thanks again for your question, Edna! I hope you have a fantastic trip to the Happiest Place on Earth.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
